flexmls goes LIVE on July 28, 2008. Don't be
caught unprepared!
Register for 100 minutesof high intensity training on flexmls. Get in, get trained, get back to business!
Over 100 training sessions will be held at three convenient locations throughout the Valley - Crown Plaza Hotel (I-17 and Metro Center area) in Phoenix, Mesa Convention Center in Mesa, and Monterra at Westworld in Scottsdale. Classes begin on Tuesday, July 15 and continue through Thursday, July 24, excluding the weekend. Five sessions each day will be offered at each location beginning at 9:00 AM and lasting for 100 minutes. A new session will follow every two hours with the final session beginning at 5:00 PM.

Do Not Call Alert
Arizona brokers are reporting calls from an individual threatening to bring claims for violating the federal "do not call" laws. Usually, the caller is an individual the brokerage has never contacted. The caller asks that his phone number be placed on the company's internal "do not call" list. He also requests a copy of the company's policy for maintaining its internal "do not call" list within five days. If the caller does not receive the "do not call policy" within five days, he will threaten to file a lawsuit against the brokerage in a Minnesota state court. To avoid the lawsuit, the caller, who does not claim to be a lawyer, offers to settle the matter for around $5,000.

First by signing into the subscriber's only section on armls.com, or by going directly to the website by typing in armls.marketlinx.com (do not add the www.) in the browser. If you are not able to access Tempo going through armls.com (this site), try using the alternate address.

MarketLinx has established a toll-free number that ARMLS subscribers can call to report a suspected MLS system outage. The toll-free number is 1-888-212-2826
This number is to be used ONLY IF you cannot access the MLS system and you suspect that the system is down after normal business hours (Monday-Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM MST). Before calling, please attempt to visit a different website (www.cnn.com; www.espn.com – etc) to determine if you may be experiencing an internet problem. If you can access a different website, then please call the Tempo number. If you are experiencing a problem accessing Tempo via www.armls.com, please try http://armls.marketlinx.com directly.
