Q: I've just received my Real Estate License. How do I join Arizona
Regional Multiple Listing Service (ARMLS)?
A: In order to gain access to the ARMLS MLS System you must be an
active member of one of the six Real Estate Associations that make up
ARMLS. You do not join ARMLS directly, but sign up through your
Association of choice. Please refer to the list of Real Estate
Associations on our web site ARMLS.com
Q: I am the owner of a listed property in the MLS. Who should I
contact if I have a problem with my listing?
A: Always contact your REALTOR (r) directly for issues concerning
your listing. If you cannot reach your Agent then call his or her
office and
ask to speak with the Designated Broker. Please remember you
have a contract between yourself and the Listing Office. Your Agent or
their Designated Broker must handle any listing issues and/or
changes.
Q: Can I take Tempo training if I'm not yet a licensed Real Estate
Agent?
A: Tempo MLS training is reserved for those who have joined an
Association and have an assigned Agent Id and Password. Your Agent Id
is
required to sign up for training and to access the training
computers. You are not allowed to sign up and attend classes using
someone elses Id. Please remember that sharing of an Agent Id and
Password is a violation of MLS Rules and Regulations.
Q: I am a licensed Realtor (r) and Member of another Arizona
Association's MLS (Not ARMLS). Can I access the ARMLS MLS System?
A: You must be a member of one of the Associations that make up
ARMLS to access the MLS system. Additionally, your lockbox key
assigned from another MLS is not operational in our
territory.
